We wanted a really clean room with AC and our own bathroom, and that's exactly what we got! 🌟.

We didn´t like it at all. Nothing was as expected. It is a swindle. Booking shouldn´t take places like this one in its webpage.
It isn´t a hotel. It is a private house where you are left alone (it has no reception) with people you don´t know coming in and out of the hotel in a not at all nice area. We couldn´t sleep any night because of the noise inside and outside. We felt really frightened and they only cleaned the room once. Breakfast was horrible but the worst is that it can be very dangerous: you are alone all the time and the neighbourhood is frightening. The worst hotel we´ve ever tried.. We don´t recommed it to anybody. Expensive for nothing.

Safe building, very clean and most everything we needed. The owner met us at the expected time to give us keys.
The lady who cleans and fixes breakfast was very loud in the morning, it's an apartment converted to rooms so it's not the quietest place. Also, the owner is a little bit abrasive. He seemed irritated by the questions we asked him. Not the best customer service.

The staff courtesy and simpaty is really very good. The location is optimal, in the heart of the coloured S. Lorenzo district.

The breakfast is always the same : toast, croasson butter and jam, sometimes the street is noisy with horn- beeping.

The late check-in option was much appreciated, especially as we couldn't control our train arrival time. the proximity to the train station was a major plus. the apartment fulfilled our needs, offering ample beds at a reasonable price. We were grateful for the assistance with taxi reservations. Marco and Thomas provided amazing service and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even during Easter. the hotel comes highly recommended, and we will definitely choose to stay here again in the future. the breakfasts exceeded our expectations. Thanks a million, Marco and Thomas!
Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

It was close to Stazione Termini. It has some interesting bars nearby.
Though it was fairly clean when we arrived (maybe because it is still new), we stayed there for 5 nights and the bedroom was never cleaned, the toilette paper was not replaced, they never took the garbage from the room, the bed wasn't made ... Bad shower (the shower curtain "invaids" the shower cabin). The breakfast was the minimum required, as expected. This establishment is a remodeling of 2 appartments, it does not have a reception nor staff at all times. The neighbourhood may be scary at night, but it is harmless and you get used to it.

A good range of restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets, convenient buses to the Colosseum, and a lovely location on the 2nd floor of a town house.
I absolutely loved paying extra for a late arrival confirmation and having to be present at check-in, it made my stay even more special.
